Capt. Shekhar Gupta, Founder and CEO
He is a Professional Pilot with more
than 10 years’ experience of Flying on different types of Air crafts in
different countries with accident free flying record. He started his flying
career from Skycabs [Colombo] and worked for many Airlines Training Companies
from different parts of the world. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners and
Pilots Association [USA], Royal Society of Aeronautics [UK], Delhi Flying Club,
Aeronautical Society of India, MP Flying Club Indore, Aeronautical Research
Society.
He personally conducts
classes/lecture series for IIT & IIM students in India and others abroad.
He likes to explore new avenues and
possibilities and turn them to his advantage.
He also owns a small Farm House
[Asiatic AgroTech Research Center] where medicinal plants and herbs are grown.
He is also into organic farming (which apparently is the latest fad) of wheat
and soya beans.
He does not fear the unknown but
believe riding high on it.
Er Prachy Sahay, HR Manager
Er. Prachy is an ambitious
professional working as Manager-Human Resources with Aerosoft Corp. Prachy was
born and brought up in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She did MBA from Dr.CV Raman
University and B.Tech in [Biotechnology] from Amity University, Lucknow. She
has visited many places including United States of America, Singapore and
Dubai. She has participated in many national and International seminars and had
won many prizes on various levels. She is now providing HR services to many
Aviation Professionals.
Prachy believes that providing a Job
in time of global aviation recession is the most challenging work which gives
her job satisfaction too.
Er Anubha Barod, General Manager
Operations
Anubha is working with Aerosoft Corp
as Manager-Operations. Anubha was born and brought up in Indore, Madhya
Pradesh. She had visited many places including United States of America. Anubha
has done her Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Indore and
completed MBA (Marketing) from BVU Pune.
Anubha is a person who is positive
about every aspect of life. She is an extrovert who interacts very well with
people. She is very persistent and likes to set very high goals and honor them.
Niriha Khajanchi [ MBA Aviation
]
Niriha is working with AeroSoft Corp as a Project Manager.
Born and brought up in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, She did her MBA [ Aviation ]
from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies in the year 2013 and has
completed her B.Com from DAVV, Indore. Niriha has an experience in content
writing and has done internship at GMR Aviation Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. She is
well equipped with the knowledge of various domain specific courses along with
basic management subjects like Airport Planning Management, Fundamentals of
Airline operations, Aviation Safety and security, Aviation Law and Regulatory
management and Customer Relationship Management, Airport and Airline Economics.
Er Neha Godbole, Executive
HR
Neha is working with Aerosoft Corp as
an Executive HR. Neha, Born in Jabalpur and brought up in Indore, has done her
PGDM (PM and HRD) from Balaji Institute of Management & HRD, Pune,
and, B.E (Computer Science) from Acropolis Institute of Technology &
Research, Indore. She has participated & won many events at college level.
Now she is working with Aerosoft Corp to provide services to various aviation
professionals.
Er K Sudheer [ B.Tech, MBA ]
Pursuing MBA in Indian Institute of Mangement Rohtak,
Sudheer hold a position as a Project Manager in AeroSoft Corp. Born and
brought up near the banks of River Godavari flowing from the feet of Lord Rama,
Sudheer has completed his schooling from Atomic Energy Central
School. After completing his B.Tech (Electrical), he served Google India as an
analyst on behalf of Serco India Pvt Ltd. He also mentored the new recruits and
grown up as an Acting Pod Lead in just 6 months of his service to Google India.
Being a part of many adventurous clubs in Hyderabad he is very
enthusiastic in exploring new places. He has also participated,
presented technical papers and achieved many accolades in the national college
events an also cleared the “Senior General Knowledge Test” conducted by the United
Schools Organization (USO) at the very age of 15. He is a regular blogger and
is maintaining many of his personal blogs since his childhood. He has
also maintained the blog for “GTL process” within Google India for easy
communication and interactions

Rajarshi is working with AeroSoft Corp as a Management Trainee. He belongs to the ‘City of Joy- Kolkata’. He is involved in a project as project manager on World Aviation News. The scope of the project is to provide an online portal to brodcast news on the aviation industry for various countries. He is extremely hard working, goal oriented and passionate about everything he does, especially anything related to Information technology. He is persuing his PGDM form IIM Rohtak and has completed her B.Tech in IT from NITK Surathkal.He has 3 years of IT experience prior to joining MBA in Web Development.

Alrick Barwa [ B.Tech, MBA IIM R]
Presently, Alrick working as a Project manager at Aerosoft
corp., Indore (M.P). He did Two year Full Time "Post Graduate
Diploma in Management" from the prestigious "Indian Institute of
Management" Rohtak. He did specialization in Finance and Information
Technology (IT) along with Marketing as a Minor. I love share market, He
enjoy spending hours doing research work on companies financial position. In
addition, He love to explore new ways of doing things. Alrick also love to go
"long distance trip" on his bike "Bajaj Avenger 220". My
longest trip was 948 kms from Pune to Jabalpur in 26 hours. Second longest was
from Rohtak to Jabalpur 900 kms in 30 hours. Shortest was from Indore to
Jabalpur 510 kms in 12 hours. Before starting his MBA studies He was
working with Infosys Tech. Ltd Pune as a Test Engineer. .
Gaurav Singh [B Tech
(Chemical engg.) MBA (Marketing)]
Gaurav is currently working as a Project manager at Aerosoft
corp., Indore. Born and brought up in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh he did my
graduation in engineering (Chemical engineering s pecialization) from “National
institute of technology Rourkela, orissa”. After successful completion of his
bachelor’s degree I joined “Capgemini india pvt limited” at Pune and worked
there for 3 years, after that He joined “Indian institute of
management Rohtak, Haryana” to pursue MBA in the year 2012. He has won
many inter and Intra College level events and playing hockey, reading books and
travelling are some of his hobbies.

Ø Our Franchisee Proposal aims to
create Franchise Centers all over India to offer low cost Travel to our
customers.
Ø Our wide range of services includes:
24 hour full-service Airport/Railway/Bus Transportation, Corporate Rentals,
Night on Town, Group Transportation, short and long term rentals and
Sightseeing Tours.
Ø We have the requisite industry
experience of marketing and to attract customers.
Ø We believe in offering a wide range
of services at one stop at a very low price that no other service provider is
offering in the travel space.
Ø Franchisee owner can have any number
of fleets he/she wants.
Ø Parking vehicle will be the
responsibility of the franchise/driver.
Ø Hiring a driver will be the
responsibility of the owner.
Ø The vehicles for taxi service should
not be older than two years.
Ø Drivers salary will depend upon the
owners will.
Ø A1 cabs will help the drivers by
providing the booking to drivers through their call centers.
Ø The vehicles will be operated by our
control room, where the drivers receive the data of a customer by GPS &
customized automatic data dispatch technology within few minutes after the
booking is made by the customer.
Ø The driver is free to take passengers
if he doesn’t get calls from the call center.
Ø The driver is assigned a ride from
the call center by tracking his presence through the GPS navigation system and
hence he can NOT ignore the call center’s trip assignment.
Ø The driver will be provided with at
least 150km distance per day.
Ø In return the driver provides Rs. 450
per day to A1 cabs as a royalty.
Ø Whatever the driver earns above these
450 rupees will be the owner’s income.
Ø The fuel cost has to be borne by the
driver.
Ø The maintenance of the car will be
the responsibility of the owner.
Ø The advertising revenue generated
from the vehicle will be shared between A1 cabs and the franchise owner.
Ø We have our own marketing, customer
support center all under one roof.
Ø Our Company is equipped with advance
hardware systems and its own 24/7 call center numbers (0731-4744444) where
customer can interact with call center executives for various queries.
Ø The Control room is equipped with the
latest wireless communication set up for instant communication & faster
pick-ups backed by technologically advanced software & hardware. These
systems are supported with adequate back up in the form of men & machinery
too.
Ø We have the advantage of offering the

Ø The owner will have to remove the
driver if we receive more than 3 complaints against him in a year.

Eligibility
Criteria
Ø Owner should not have been convicted
for any criminal offence.
Ø Applicants can be Indian/Foreign
Nationals.
Ø Age: Applicants should have completed
18 years as on the date of submission of application for franchise. One
document among the Matriculation or Secondary School Leaving Certificate
indicating date of birth, Voters ID card, Passport, Birth Certificate, Aadhar
or Driving License (Permanent) can be produced as proof of age.
Ø Residential Status: Copy of voter ID
card, Driving License, Passport, Aadhar, Insurance Policy, Telephone Bills or
Bank passbook can be furnished as address proof.
Ø Applicants shall submit a
photo-identity card for ascertaining the identity of the applicant. Copy of
voters ID card or Driving License or Passport or Income Tax PAN Card or Aadhar
can be submitted as proof of identity.
Ø Totally paralyzed or mentally unsound
persons are not eligible.
Ø Franchisees whose previous agreements
with any service providers were terminated for proven malpractices/violations
are not eligible.
Ø Franchisor with experience of
providing travel services will be given preference.
Ø The Franchisor should have the
capability to invest at least Rs 2 to 5 lakhs.
Ø In particular we are keen to hear
from Tech Savvy Youth, working professionals, educated house wives and Young
Entrepreneurs.
Initial Investment:
Ø Each new Franchisor shall pay a
"Signing amount of INR 10,000 per city (depends on short/long
distance)" to Aerosoft Corp. The said fee is non-refundable.
Ø The annual renewal franchise fees
shall be INR 10,000 per city (depends on short/long distance)", to be paid
at the start of each year.
Ø Franchise owner should not required to have their own
fleets of vehicles .
Ø Parking space for the vehicles. [ Optional ]
Ø Drivers for the vehicles. [ Optional ]
Franchisee
Benefits/Gains/Returns
Ø Very lucrative, steady and risk free
income
Ø If the franchisor has only one Tata
Indica then the minimum monthly income he/she can expect is
approx. INR 17000after paying for driver, maintenance and fuel
expenses. This is for long distance trip.
Ø If the franchisor has only one Toyota
Innova then the minimum monthly income he/she can expect is
approx. INR 31000 after paying for driver, maintenance and
fuel expenses. This is for long distance trip.
Ø If the franchisor has only one Luxury
Vehicle then the minimum monthly income he/she can expect is
approx. INR 25000 after paying for driver, maintenance and
fuel expenses. This is for short distance trip i.e.
within the city limits.
Ø Additional income from Advertising
revenue from the car.
Ø A License to operate under the Brand
Name of A1 Cabs along with our reputation and goodwill.
Ø Know-how to run the Franchisee

Ø Counseling support

Terms and
conditions of Franchise
Ø The Franchise/driver will maintain a
complaint/suggestion book, which shall be placed at the disposal of the
passengers intending to record their complaints & suggestions. The said
book shall be made available for scrutiny and inspection by the officials of
the A1 cabs.
Ø The Franchise/driver will not book or
load any type of prohibited luggage into the vehicle as accompanied luggage or
parcels.
Ø The Franchisee/driver has to pay all
dues by him to the A1 cabs on time. Late payment will attract penalty.
Ø The Franchisee shall not appoint a
sub-franchisee.
Ø The Franchisee shall be solely
responsible for any business loss for any monetary nature from his appointed
driver. A1 cabs shall not hold any responsibility for the same.
Ø The Franchisee/driver will be
responsible for any accidents during the trip. A1 cabs shall not hold any
responsibility for the same.
Ø The T&C for the driver shall be
decided by the Franchisor. The employees hired by the Franchisor shall be on
his payroll and not A1 cabs.
Ø All Franchisees are authorized to
publicize about the A1 cabs services being provided. They can also look for the
advertisers.
Ø A month implies ‘Calendar Month’
except where otherwise specified.
Ø The A1 cabs reserves the right to
modify or alter any of the terms and conditions by giving due intimation to the
Franchisee and after considering his reply, if any.
Note: In addition, the terms and
conditions upon which said Franchise is granted, and with which the Franchisee
is hereby expressly required to comply, are each of those certain terms,
conditions, limitations, representations and requirements as expressly set
forth in the Proposal mentioned above.
Insurance
The Franchisee shall provide and
maintain in full force and effect during the term of this franchise liability
insurance. This will include vehicle and drivers insurance.
Training:
Ø The training will be given by A1 cabs
at a regional hub or in centrally to the drivers and franchisors regarding
basic skills necessary for taxi service business.
Ø The cost of training will be borne by
the A1 cabs, whereas the cost of travel/Transportation and stay is to be borne
by the Franchisor/Driver.
Ø A1 cabs has one training program
yearly, however on need basis A1 cabs can decide to do more than 1 program as
well.
